Viriginia's - Hormonal Balancing Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 20 Medium Soft Dates
  • 1/4 cup of dried sour cherries
  • 3 teaspoons Maca
  • 2 cups ground hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • Desiccated coconut to roll them

Method

Use a food processor and blend all ingredients. Add a tiny amount of water while blending and check for consistency. Then roll them in desiccated coconut.

Virginia's Top Tip

You can store them for up to five days in the fridge, or alternatively freeze them. They are a super quick snack, providing that energy boost during the day!
