Dr Clare's Digestone Loose Tea 50g

Directions:
1 tsp per cup of boiling water. Steep for 4 mins. Strain and serve

Chamomile - Soothing and calming
Fennel - Anti-spasmodic and aromatic
Peppermint - Anti-spasmodic, widely used for bloating and flatulence
