The B vitamins have been included in this formula to help maintain a healthy nervous system and immune system and to promote energy and reduce tiredness and fatigue. Specifically, Vitamin B6 helps to maintain normal hormonal activity and is typically taken by women during their monthly cycle. Biotin helps the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, as well as helping to maintain healthy skin and mucous membranes.

Vitamin B12, as well as Vitamin B6, helps contribute to the normal metabolism of homocysteine, which has been linked to degenerative diseases. Finally the formula has been enhanced with Vitamin E, which is a popular nutrient with women.
